How it Works
Set Category Weights: Start by defining what matters most to your organization. Assign a percentage weight to each category, such as Service Capabilities, Cost & Commercials, and Vendor Profile & Stability. The total weight must equal 100%.
Add & Evaluate Vendors: Next, add the vendors you are considering. For each one, you will score their performance across various sub-categories on a scale of 1 to 10. This ensures a consistent and fair assessment.
Analyze the Dashboard: Once at least two vendors have been fully evaluated, the dashboard will automatically generate a visual comparison. You can view overall scores, category-by-category performance, and more, making it easy to identify the best fit for your needs.
