Coforge’s GCC (Global Capability Centre) business has grown to contribute 10% of the company’s total revenue, amounting to about $147 million. The IT services firm continues to strengthen its core verticals Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) and Travel, Transportation & Hospitality (TTH), while making deeper inroads into the healthcare sector by helping GCCs set up operations in India.

The expansion comes at a time when India’s IT services players are racing to diversify revenue streams beyond traditional outsourcing. GCCs, increasingly seen as innovation hubs, are becoming crucial for scaling domain expertise and global delivery capabilities. For Coforge, the momentum in healthcare GCC setups could open new avenues of growth while balancing its established strengths in BFSI and TTH.
